Responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of the manufacturing rep/sales people in the region. The primary focus is to increase market penetration and profitably grow data communication products in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Structured cabling knowledge.
Prior sales management (direct or indirect) experience. Sales are through channel 100%. Prior manufacturing representative management/distribution experience ideal.
Great communication skills. Demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker. Seeing the business from a high level and making decisions or making a sales call with a rep.
Four-year degree preferred. Could consider experience in lieu of.
