Richard Lotto is an Account Executive at TYGES, based in the Williamsburg, Virginia office. He specializes in executive search for the Packaging industry (capital equipment & consumables).  Since joining TYGES in 2024, Richard has played a key role in client success, including partnering with global manufactures as they expand their footprint and markets.

In addition to his role as Account Executive, Richard’s responsibilities include:

• Resolving hiring difficulties. Helping clients overcome talent shortages and hard-to-fill roles.
• Streamlining qualified candidate flow. Ensuring efficient, timely delivery of top talent.

Richard brings extensive leadership experience as a former President and C-Level executive in both the public and private sectors. He holds a doctorate and has led teams across all aspects of talent acquisition, operations, and performance.
