Carol Zimmerman joined TYGES in 2013 and serves as the Director of Behavioral Health practice. Bringing more than 12 years of dedicated experience to the team she leads at team of Account Managers & Recruiters who specialize in supporting organizations that provide ABA therapy. Carol has witnessed firsthand the remarkable growth of this critical field and remains committed to staying ahead of the latest changes and trends.

In addition to leading the Behavioral Health practice, Carol’s responsibilities include:

• Partnering with ABA organizations nationwide. Providing talent solutions that enable growth, operational excellence, and improved access to care.
• Engaging with clinicians. Actively listening to their experiences, exchanging insights, and guiding them toward impactful career opportunities.
• Leading a team of recruiters. Championing a client-focused approach to talent acquisition and ensuring high-quality results for both organizations and professionals.

Her diverse professional journey also includes a background in broadcast and print media, which has enriched her communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills—tools she continues to leverage in her work today.
