He specializes in identifying and placing top-tier talent across all levels within industrial manufacturing, operations, and supply chain organizations. Elijah brings a strong background in leadership, operations, and customer engagement, with previous experience in team management, administrative operations, and event coordination. His foundation as a collegiate student-athlete earning All-American honors and serving as team captain instilled in him a deep sense of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, which he carries into his professional work today.
