Riley McNeil joined TYGES in 2020 as an executive recruiter and was promoted to account manager on the Behavioral Health team in 2023. She specializes in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) space, placing clinicians (BCBA’s & RBT’s) as well as professionals across operations, compliance, marketing, quality, finance, and human resources. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of North Georgia, Riley brings a deep understanding of human behavior, performance, and motivation to her recruiting work.

At TYGES, Riley’s responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging highly qualified ABA clinicians and support professionals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships across the behavioral health ecosystem.
  • Partnering with clients to design and implement customized talent acquisition strategies aligned with growth and mission objectives.
  • Delivering a seamless, data-informed recruitment process focused on alignment, efficiency, and quality outcomes.
