Texting, one of the most efficient and modern forms of communication that has not only revolutionized how we communicate and establish a relationship with family and friends, but also with candidates as a recruiter. This is basically a condensed class in resume best practices I sometimes share with individuals who either do not have a resume, have not kept it up to date or have not had much formal guidance on what a good resume looks like.
