Eric Hoffman joined TYGES in 2005 and serves as the Vice President of Infrastructure. With two decades of experience at TYGES, Eric has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s recruiting operations and technology backbone, ensuring that TYGES remains efficient, scalable, and client focused.

Eric began his career at TYGES as an Executive Recruiter, advancing into leadership as Recruiting Manager before stepping into his current VP role. This progression provided him with deep, firsthand experience in the recruiting process giving him a unique perspective on how infrastructure and systems can enable success in both client delivery and candidate experience.
Before joining TYGES, Eric held roles in supply chain, logistics, and business applications with leading organizations including STIHL, John Deere, and FedEx Supply Chain Services. These experiences built his foundation in operations management, process optimization, and technology integration skills he continues to apply in his work today.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a concentration in Operations Management, from North Carolina State University.
