Karissa Sechrist joined TYGES in 2021 as an executive recruiter and was promoted to account manager on the Behavioral Health team in 2023. She specializes in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) space, partnering with organizations nationwide to recruit clinicians (BCBA’s & RBT’s) as well as key professionals across operations, compliance, marketing, quality, finance, and human resources. Karissa brings a strong background in communications, research, and client engagement developed over a decade of experience in healthcare, higher education, and media.
