Robert Meeker is the Managing Director of the manufacturing search practice at TYGES. Having joined the firm in 2016, Robert has distinguished himself as a lead business developer, coach, and mentor.

In addition to leading the manufacturing division, Robert’s own practice specializes in:

• Recruiting senior talent in the Food and Industrial Processing Equipment industries. Partnering with manufacturers to identify and place leadership that drives growth and operational excellence.
• Developing business and client partnerships. Leveraging his industry expertise to expand TYGES’ footprint within the manufacturing sector.
• Coaching and mentoring. Supporting the growth of colleagues and contributing to the long-term success of the firm.

Before beginning his career in executive search, Robert spent 19 years in financial services with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, where he retired as Senior Vice President and Regional Wealth Manager. He holds a BA in business and an MBA.
