She specializes in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) space, partnering with organizations nationwide to recruit top talent including RBTs, BCBAs, clinical directors, and other key professionals. Sara leverages her extensive background in law and client services spanning more than a decade across paralegal and administrative roles to bring precision, empathy, and strong relationship-building skills to every search engagement.
