With hundreds of layoffs in the Autism Therapy space recently, there is an even more severe supply and demand imbalance. This imbalance is driving up labor costs which according to our President and Founder, Tim Saumier, is not something that just happened overnight.

A new law in Utah requires Autism awareness training. This law that went into effect May 5th, requires all new police cadets to receive Autism education as part of their training.

The FDA recently approved a device to help primary care physicians detect Autism in children. This development could make it possible to detect Autism in children earlier eliminating the wait time to see a specialist.

A law change in North Carolina is making ABA therapy more accessible for those affected by Autism. BCBAs in North Carolina are no longer required to operate under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.

TYGES has expanded its portfolio to include contract staffing for temporary to direct hire placements.

For the past 8 years, TYGES has built a strong practice focused primarily in placing Behavioral Health professionals within the Applied Behavior Analysis space. In 2020, TYGES expanded by adding six people to the team who now serve the following specialties: ABA Therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and psychotherapy.
