New Division Created to Asses, Coach, and Develop Talent for Clients
Williamsburg, VA (March 27, 2018) — TYGES is creating a new Talent Consulting division to complement its core competency and reputation as a leading executive and professional search firm. TYGES’ clients’ needs are sophisticated and TYGES is committed to supporting their talent management needs through in-house assessment of talent, a strong base of talent acquisition, talent and business coaching, as well as talent development.
TYGES Talent Consulting will help clients grow and develop their talent. Tim Saumier, president and founder, has a strong belief in the need to grow and develop internal talent.

Joel Hall has joined TYGES as the managing director for Talent Consulting. Joel brings both breadth and depth of experiences from his 25 years in various areas of business. Before launching the Talent Consulting group at TYGES, he was SVP of Learning and Talent Management at Bank of America Merchant Services. He has experience working and leading teams in leadership development, talent management, learning, project management, Six Sigma process improvement, operations, programming, and human resources.
