Chris Jones is an Account Executive at TYGES, specializing in supplying talent for companies within the Industrial Manufacturing and Energy/Power markets focused on deploying robust Lean Manufacturing strategies. Since joining the firm in 2006, Chris has become a trusted partner to clients, combining his deep industry background with a business development focus that emphasizes building rapport and delivering win-win recruiting solutions.

In addition to his role as Account Executive, Chris’s responsibilities include:

  • Business development. Partnering with clients to understand their organizations, identify critical talent gaps, and close engagements that align leadership with strategy.
  • Recruiting for Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Helping companies strengthen operational excellence by supplying proven leadership talent.
  • Client relationship management. Ensuring each engagement produces long-term value for both clients and candidates.

Over the course of his career at TYGES, Chris has delivered results and developed lasting partnerships with his clientele.

Chris began his career at Milliken & Company, a global leader in textiles, where he worked across plant operations, the commercial side of the business, and human resources from 1987 to 2006. During his tenure, Milliken was awarded Japanese certifications, the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, and OSHA STAR recognition across all 55 plants.

Chris is a graduate of Jacksonville University, where he earned his B.S. degree.
