Trey Carmine is an Account Executive at TYGES, specializing in executive search across the Aerospace/Defense and Personal Protective Equipment industries. Since joining the firm in 2022, Trey has quickly established himself as a trusted partner to clients by combining industry expertise with a solutions-oriented approach to recruiting.

In addition to his role as Account Executive, Trey’s responsibilities include:

• Business Development. Partnering with clients to understand their organizations, identify gaps in leadership and technical talent, and deliver recruiting strategies that drive long-term success.
• Full life cycle recruiting leadership. Guiding the search process from identification and recruitment through placement, ensuring a high-caliber candidate experience and client satisfaction.
• Project management and client communications. Developing custom-fit approaches to each search that align with client needs and guarantee quality outcomes.

During his time at TYGES, Trey has earned President’s Club honors reflecting his ability to deliver results.

Before entering executive search, Trey spent 10 years at Walter Reed Hospital as an Anesthesia Technologist in the Surgical Services department. He then served as Assistant General Manager at Core Nutritional’s, where he led operations across 10+ locations, launched an e-commerce platform, and directly managed a support staff of 30 professionals.
