Josh Vaught joined TYGES in 2018 as an account manager and was promoted to director of recruiting operations for the Manufacturing team in 2022. He partners with manufacturing and supply chain organizations that have deep experience across manufacturing businesses focused on continuous improvement / lean / 80/20. Josh partners with clients to recruit high-impact talent from individual contributors to C-Suite professionals in areas including product management, operations, supply chain/procurement, sales & marketing, finance, and engineering.

At TYGES, Josh’s responsibilities include:
